Bullet Ring Review + Giveaway

Hey Everyone,
So, I am a huge fan of jewelry and an even bigger fan of jewelry the is simple, chic, and has that country twist. Well lucky for me I was able to review the Nickel Bullet Spoon ring from Bullet Designs, LLC. This ring is adjustable and is simple yet has enough pattern that it stands out. I also enjoy how light weight it is and doesn't hinder my everyday activities like some rings do. The design of the ring goes with all kinds of outfits and is perfect with a pair of boots( Western or English). The really neat things about the companies rings is they are made using the back piece of bullet casings.

Parking Ticket Venting

Maybe I am crazy, it has been a known occurrence, but if you get a parking ticket why can they not be paid for online? I know some places who do this, but the small town I got mine in doesn't have online paying. Now I have never had a ticket and I don't think I should of got this one but I am not going to fight $10 dollars in court. However, with campus mail I am nervous about it getting there. So wish me luck and I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Born of Deception Cover Reveal and Giveaway

BOD Cover reveal

Budding illusionist Anna Van Housen is on top of the world: after scoring a spot on a prestigious European vaudeville tour, she has moved to London to chase her dream and to join an underground society for people like her with psychic abilities. Along with her handsome beau, Cole Archer, Anna is prepared to take the city by storm.
But when Anna arrives in London, she finds the group in turmoil. Sensitives are disappearing and, without a suspect, the group’s members are turning on one another. Could the kidnapper be someone within the society itself—or has the nefarious Dr. Boyle followed them to London?
As Cole and Anna begin to unravel the case and secrets about the society are revealed, they find themselves at odds, their plans for romance in London having vanished. Her life in danger and her relationship fizzling, can Anna find a way to track down the killer before he makes her his next victim—or will she have to pay the ultimate price for her powers?
Set in Jazz-Age London, this alluring sequel to Born of Illusion comes alive with sparkling romance, deadly intrigue, and daring magic.
I’m not sure who to tell you about here because I’m actually two people rolled into one. As a responsible mother of teens, I show one persona to the world. That person is driven, conservative and level headed. But the other part of me just never grew up. She is rebellious, impulsive and curious.
It’s hard being both these people. They’re often at odds.
The mother part of me knows I should put a cap on how many animals we take in. The teen part of me wants to save them all. We have five cats and two dogs. Who do you think is winning?
Even now. The mother part wants to make a meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and a tossed salad. The teen part wants to order a pizza, work on my website and check my Facebook.
Luckily, though my two halves don’t always agree, both of us live happily in Portland, Oregon, with a husband and too many animals. And we both love to write and write and write.

Friends Getting Married and The Boots I love and Hate+cheaper alternatives

As you go get out of high school it seems like everyone getting married and/or having kids. Well one of my friends is getting married and guess who's a bridesmaid, me.
Part of this deal is she wants us to wear boots, and let's just say mine are getting a little worn, well maybe a lot worn. The last time I looked for boots was in high school, so, I've begun looking at all the new styles. Here are just a few I am loving and I am hating. Enjoy.

Old Gringo Erin Boot
-I like the dark color and the flowers that add a hint of style without being overwhelming

-I'm liking the chocolate brown with white leaf patterns that stand out or can be hidden depending on work or play
Women's Sorrel Apache Boot - L2552
Justin Sorrel Apache boot
-I love and adore the colors and the pattern, plus since I already own this boot I can tell you they are really durable and stay in good shape. Mine have personally seen flooded creeks, mud, bonfires, country bars, formal dances, and out and about.

Cute lower cost boots
Women's Fatbaby Cowgirl Boot - Brown Crinkle/Snowflake
Ariat Snow cameo
-I found these on the web for under $100, that being said I am not a big fan of cameo but I really like the snow.
